Like cancellations, alterations are dependent on where the booking came from. In most cases the alterations will need to be processed on the channel the reservation was made. The only exception to this is the VRBO family of bookings. Simply, the only reservations we can alter outright are direct bookings (phone or our websites) and VRBO.

  • If the booking is not direct or VRBO guest will need to make the alterations on the booking channel
  • If the booking is a direct or VRBO booking the guest we can make alterations we'll walk the employee through making some of these alterations as time goes along.
