Thanks so much for reaching out. We hope you have enjoyed your stay. Unfortunately, we discourage late checkouts due to the cleaners needing the proper timeframe to prepare the property properly. Additionally we need to allow for the property to be being able to booked the property same day as we receive inquiries.

SECURITY HOLD DEPOSIT:

Hi, no need to stress. We received no report of any damages to the property. This was just the security deposit associated with your booking. It is automatically release 7-10 days after your stay. We went ahead and manually released it and you should get an email confirmation. The security deposit is not a charge but rather a hold and every so often the credit card processor has to first release and reauthorize the hold (sometimes this can be mistaken as two different charges, it is not). No need to stress and we hope you enjoyed your stay!

UNITS THAT ARE CLOSE:

WOLF SPRINGS RANCH:

  • All properties are on the same ranch. Google pin directions to guests will get the guest to the ranch retreat and there are plenty of signs to follow so guests can arrive at their proper cabin or accommodation.

CANYONLANDS LODGING RANCH RETREAT:

SAGE CREEK:
Also according to google:
- E unit to the pool is roughly 190 ft.
- D units are roughly 221ft away from the pool.

  • 1-4 (1st Floor); 5-8 (2nd Floor); 9-12 (3rd Floor with vaulted ceilings)

POOL:

REDCLIFFS CONDOS:

  • This pool is not heated, hot tubs are (pool is often closed during the winter-time and sometimes we need to check in with HOA about the hot-tub.
  • Key in-unit for pool access (because of this we typically don't allow for an early check-in unless the unit is ready.

SOLANOS CONDOS:

  • The pool is not heated. Access to the pool is provided via code (team note- code changes quarterly)

HEATED POOL:

SAGE CREEK:

  • Sage creek's pool is open and heated unless we are otherwise notified by HOA.
  • Pool is accessed via locked gate and code.

WINTER:

WSSR (Wolf Springs Ranch Retreat):

Winter can be a hard topic at WSSR. So here it is but it is subject to change:

  • The Family Cabin down after the 27th of December. Cabins: 1,2,3 are shut down till next year spring (these are off the hill and get the most shade so often times every year are shut-down first. Cabins: 4,5,6,7  can remain on board and is subject to change if we get a MAJOR storm.
  • Cabin: 1-3 only have a wood burning stove and guest are updated in the listing and with a pre-stay message to bring their own firewood.
  • Cabins 4-7 all have a propane heater that doesn't require that gets bring anything for heating purpose.
  • There may be power outages depending on the weather and sometimes a 4x4 vehicle may be required depending on the snow. All the listings are updated accordingly but sometimes guest don't quite understand the importance especially during the winter and with the higher elevations.

Canyonlands Lodging Ranch Retreat:

  • The owner is really good at keeping up with this and keeping their calendar updated. So what is updated in ORZ is typically the most up to date and accurate information.

PARKING

BADLANDS ROOST:

  • The city only allows 5 vehicles and 2 trailers and neighbors are pretty strict on trying to enforce this.

WEDDING RECEPTIONS

BADLANDS ROOST:

  • Wedding receptions of about under 25 people ish are okay at this property

WSRR:

  • The wedding venue is specifically set up and can be booked out (as well as the whole Ranch) on ORZ and is a great fit for weddings.
