In 2008, Tacos El Gordo began as a small food truck in Vernal, Utah. Tacos El Gordo later developed into a restaurant, which was ranked among Utah's top 15 restaurants, owing to the excellent, authentic quality of the food. We closed our doors in Vernal, Utah, in order to relocate to Colorado. It operate a food truck in Moab, Utah, They are a family-run business. Their authentic Mexican cuisine is what has kept us in business for so long.
