Natural Bridges - Utah's First National Monument

Take in the vies of Utah's first national monument established in 1908. There are 3 main bridges named Kachina, Owachomo, and Sipapu after Native Americans that once lived in the area.

We recommend visiting the overlooks and then making some time to hike one or more of the trails.

The Owachomo Natural Bridge is the easiest to hike to with a short trail and mild slope. The hike to the Kachina Natural Bridge is pretty steep and involves some ladders and rails. Make sure to check out the petroglyphs in the area. The Sipapu Natural Bridge hike will take you a couple of hours and is more difficult than the others.

There are various other hikes in the area along with some other ruins. Pick up a map from the visitors center to get more information.

The entrance to Natural Bridges is approximately 35 miles west of Blanding, UT on Highway 95. Drive time from Blanding is roughly 45 minutes.
